Which items qualify, and whether you can mix
Eligibility is set per product, and each product page states whether the piece takes part. Children's thobes, men's thobes, women's abayas and kurtas can be combined freely — the offer counts eligible units, not categories — and different sizes and colours in one bag are treated the same way. Items marked ineligible count towards your subtotal but not towards the {min}-unit threshold.
How the discount appears in your bag
The bag shows the merchandise subtotal, the eligible subtotal, the units counted towards the offer, and the discount as its own line. Nothing is hidden inside a price: you can see exactly what the {rate} was taken from, and delivery or other charges are never discounted.
If quantities change
The offer is recalculated every time the bag changes. Add a second eligible item and the discount appears; remove one and the bag tells you how many eligible units you still need. If the offer drops away, nothing is charged silently — the total simply returns to the undiscounted subtotal.
Other promotions
This promotion does not combine with other promotions, and it does not apply to services or to anything outside the merchandise in your bag.
How gifts interact
Gift eligibility is configured separately from this offer, and it is not set yet. Until it is, gift options for selected special orders will be confirmed with you rather than promised here.
Shared shopping
A shared bag combines everybody's choices into one order, and the offer is calculated on the combined eligible units — but only once people have actually added items to that bag. Sharing a link does not, by itself, unlock anything.

Offer questions
Do the two items have to be the same garment?
No. Any two eligible items qualify, whether they are the same piece in two sizes or entirely different garments across children's, men's, women's and kurta collections.
Does a gift or an accessory count towards the two items?
Only eligible merchandise counts. Services, special-order requests and anything not marked eligible on its product page do not push you over the threshold.
What happens if I return one of the items?
If the bag no longer meets the threshold after a return, the offer no longer applies to what you keep. The exact handling is part of the returns terms, which are still being confirmed and will be published before launch.
Is there an end date?
No campaign dates are set, so we make none up. The promotion is active while its configuration says it is active, and this page reads that same setting.
Can I use it on a made-to-order garment?
The offer applies to merchandise in the bag, not to tailoring requests. A tailored garment is quoted individually, and the quote is confirmed with you before anything proceeds.
Why does my total not match the example?
The example uses concept sample prices. Your total depends on the garments, sizes and quantities you select, and the bag always shows the calculation line by line.
